Before that, as a Solution Developer at Hyland, Jordan Naeem designed custom software for big clients like Princeton University. His job was to listen to their business needs and turn them into simple, elegant code. That experience taught him how to create real solutions for complex problems—a skill he uses every single day.

The discipline and integrity Jordan Naeem brings to his work today were shaped during his time in the United States Air Force. As an IT Production Control Manager, he was responsible for a $63 million communications network that supported over 18,000 people.
Leading a team of 32 technicians, Jordan Naeem cut network downtime by 176%. This dedication to mission success earned him multiple awards, including the Outstanding Cyber Operations Airman of the Year, 322nd Training Squadron BMT Honor Graduate, and the Air Force Commendation Medal, and instilled in him a deep sense of duty that he brings to every client project.
